It is no secret that Hayabusa has a problem with low oil pressure. This usually manifests itself in damage to the connecting rods and bearings.

With this high flow oil pump gear this is past tense, because the oil pump does run faster and thus ensures a faster supply and higher oil pressure.

The test results speak for themselves:

Original equipment: 32 psi at 3,000 rpm and 72 psi at 6,000 rpm
High volulme oil pump gear: 52 psi at 3,000 rpm and 90 psi at 6,000 rpm
